The Stamina® AeroPilates® Arc is a fun, economical way to add variety to your Pilates workout.

The gentle, padded curve of the AeroPilates Arc can be used to either increase or decrease the challenge of the exercise, so it offers support and assistance for beginners and challenges the experienced. Use with mat or reformer exercises. A great way to stretch your spine, hips and shoulders.

The padded surface with contoured center provides added comfort and guides proper alignment of the spine. Padded handles for assistance and for a greater variety of exercises.
