The weight bench press bar is approxmately 4.25 lbs. The bar weighs approximately 2 lbs. The "weights" are made of foam and the Large weighs approximately 10 oz., the Medium weighs approximately 5 oz., and the Small weighs approximately 2 oz. The total approximate weight is 4.25 lbs. including the bar.
